Sunshine Yogis helps children develop life long skills and tools to manage their emotions, health and wellbeing.
In our yoga and mindfulness classes, kids come together in a safe space where they can develop their confidence, self esteem, creativity, imagination and most of all have fun.
This is achieved through movement, story telling, creative activities and music. Our classes are more than physical movement, co-ordination and flexibility, at the core of our lessons we focus on kind social interaction, mindfulness and stress relieving techniques.
